Ingredients
・Hard wheat flour: 150 g
・Pumpkin flakes: 50g
・Sugar: 5 grams
・Dry yeast: 2 g
・Salt: 5g
・The lukewarm water (about 30 degrees): 140cc
・Molasses (or sugar or honey) : 1 tablespoon
・Hot water(For boiling): 2ℓ
METHOD
(lukewarm water + sugar + dry yeast)
+Bread flour 10min
+Quarters- primary fermentation 10min
+Formation- second fermentation 30min
+3 seconds molasses one side
200 ℃ 15min
