Sugar: 5 grams 
Dry yeast: 2 g 
Salt: 5g

Molasses (or sugar or honey) : 1 tablespoon
Hot water(For boiling): 2ℓ

METHOD
(lukewarm water + sugar + dry yeast) 
+Bread flour 10min 
+Quarters- primary fermentation 10min 
+Formation- second fermentation 30min
+3 seconds molasses one side 

200 ℃ 15min
